and application are received, your place on the adoption list will
be confirmed.
If you prefer, you can

to download the pdf version of our puppy application. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat,
you can fill it out on your computer, save the completed form, and
email it. If you only have Adobe Reader (the free version), you will
have to print the form and fill it out by hand. Once your
application is
