Thank you for your interest in Waltzing Matilda’s Labradoodles. We share your excitement about finding the PERFECT new puppy for your family. Please fill out the following application to begin your puppy adoption process and to assist us in finding the right puppy for you. Our top priority is to ensure that each of our puppies is welcomed into a loving and caring home.  We will select your puppy based on the information you provide in your application. We do no match puppies with families based on color or gender. We make our selections based on temperament first, then we will try to match as many of your preferences as possible.

Once you have submitted this form, along with your deposit, we will secure your spot on our reservation list.

**Waltzing Matilda's Labradoodles will match your puppy with your family based on temperament, allergy concerns, and your family environment... not color or gender. Please note that while your preferences will most certainly be considered, the litters conceived will dictate what is available. We cannot guarantee that all of your preferences will be available, however, we will make every attempt to provide you with the puppy of your dreams. The colors that each pairing will produce are posted in the details of the upcoming litters page.

Responsibilities:

Have you or your family ever raised a puppy?  

Are you prepared to invest the time and responsibility required to raise a puppy? 

Are you willing to commit to veterinary care for the life of your dog? 

Will you crate train your puppy? 

Will you commit to attending obedience training classes to properly train and socialize your puppy?

          A dog should not be crated longer than 8 hours (puppies, quite a bit less), are you committed to providing a

          break for your dog if you find this to be the case? (ie. dog walker)

Do you commit to feed your dog a high quality dog food and never feed it grocery store quality food?

To begin the adoption process for a puppy from Waltzing Matilda’s Labradoodles please fill out and return this form with a deposit of $500 which will be applied towards the total purchase price of $2,500.00. This deposit is non-refundable for any reason other than the event that a puppy cannot be provided to you. The balance of $2,000.00 (not including shipping and sales tax) must be paid 2 weeks prior to the puppy leaving Waltzing Matilda’s Labradoodles.

We will be happy to provide shipping for your new puppy. If you require shipping please let us know in advance so that we can make proper arrangements. We will also deliver your puppy if possible. All shipping/Delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser including transportation fees and taxes, crate and any additional items required to keep your new puppy safe and happy during his journey home.

Shipping/Delivery fees must be paid in advance of making the arrangements.

I confirm my intention to purchase an Australian Labradoodle puppy from Waltzing Matilda's Labradoodles by payment of a deposit in the amount of $500.
